Daniela Messeri, figlia del conte Corrado, violentata all'eta di 15 anni, odia i maschi. Inoltre, la ragazza e discendente di licantropa ed anch'essa, nelle notti di luna piena, diventa lupa mannara. Quando la sorella Irene ritorna dall'America con Fabian, neo sposo, Daniela lo seduce e lo sbrana. Ricoverata in ospedale, uccide a forbiciate una paziente lesbica; quindi evade e semina il terrore: sue vittime sono una dottoressa ed una contadina, dopo un incontro amoroso. Avvicinata da un giovane e gentile "stunt-man", si tranquillizza nel rapporto con lui, fino a quando l'uomo non viene ucciso da tre banditi, che Daniela stermina. Rifugiatasi nel bosco di Sales, viene raggiunta dal commissario Monica della Omicidi.
