Artist Adrian Jonas toils in preparation for the biggest gallery opening of his career. The creative process takes Adrian deep into the depths of his mind, where he begins to experience premonitions of a terrible fate that awaits his beloved Iliana. Adrian grows to suspect that a mysterious neighbor is the phantom who means to harm his wife. Compounding the danger, a masquerade party planned for that evening allows unwanted guests to mingle unnoticed. As his premonitions begin to come true, Adrian races to interpret his visions while there is still time to cheat fate.

Movie Quote(s):
- Adrian: I don't subscribe to the concept of hell. Isis: Oh, yes. You don't believe it exists. Adrian: As an actual place? No. Hell to me is more of a devolution of the mind. Isis: Well, I was raised Catholic which means hell has a zip code.

Movie Trivia:
- Artist Ana Vizcarra provided all of Adrian's paintings seen in the film and created two pieces specifically for the film. The "screaming face" painting which is seen on the film's teaser poster was partly inspired by a sketch by Leonardo DaVinci.
-
The film was shot in just 15 days.
-
There is a three minute Steadicam shot in the film which tracks with Adrian across the exterior of the property, into the house, throughout the entire interior, up the stairs and turns into a dialogue scene in an upstairs bedroom. The shot required Director of Photography Paul Van Haute to simultaneously light nearly the entire location, while hiding all light sources from the moving camera. Steadicam operator David Taicher required only eight takes to pull off the extremely challenging shot.
-
The majority of the film takes place over 24 hours in one location. Director Nick Briscoe chose October 21st as the date on which the film is set for personal reasons unrelated to the story. October 21st is the birthday of Briscoe's younger brother, and 21 is the jersey number worn by Philadelphia hockey superstar Peter Forsberg.
-
The primary location for the film is a home designed and built by Karen and Tony Beam, close personal friends of producers Charlie Pasquale and Nick Briscoe. Pasquale's home, which is next door, served as James and Michelle's home in the film. Briscoe and Pasquale met on what would become the film's set through their mutual friends Karen and Tony Beam.
