 In 1957 a series of strange occurrences and sightings took place in Emerson on the eve of Samhain. Frustrated, scared and fearing for their lives, the townspeople demanded the Mayor of the town place a ban on Halloween and its festivities. Forty years later, when David and his wife Kaitlyn, along with their son Jack move into town, the occurrences once put to rest are unknowingly reawakened again wreaking havoc on the town far greater than ever.
