Achim Aaron Adoniram is a public employee who lives a mediocre life, oppressed by his boss and keeping a forbidden love for his sister. Movie Trivia: Originally the film had a planned budget of 100,000 Brazilian's reais ($50,000), possible because of digital cameras and therefore no costs with film printing. Using traditional film instead of High Definition Digital support would have cost almost 5m Brazilian's reais ($2.5m). Eventually it was made for just 5,000 Brazilian reais ($2,500). The final version of the film was released in only one cinema in Brazil. The movie continued for 20 days in this cinema. Sindrome de Pinocchio was one of the 10 finalists in Brazil's pre-selection to Academy Awards 2010. The movie still awaits the national release.
