SPOILER: Because the majority of the movie was shot in the director's own home, careful consideration had to be given throughout the entire process for how the movie was to be shot. Amanda Gusack, doubling as writer/director, ultimately decided to have Dennis hang the web cams throughout the house. This meant that each shot from within the house had to be stationary and resolved issues such as the use of dollies or steady-cams.
