- During the scene in which Mughi frantically uses the Lovely Angel's computer to search for Kei and Yuri, several characters briefly appear on the monitor. These characters are Crusher Joe and his crew, and were also created by Dirty pair creator Haruka Takachiho.

This movie marks the only time in the Dirty Pair series in which they are never shown talking to (or otherwise contacting) their supervisor, Chief Gooley, whom we normally see giving them their assignments.

The song that Yuri shakes her hips to as she and Kei fly out to inspect the destroyed Uldaasian outpost is "Matters To Me" by Poker Face. Even though Poker Face is a Japanese group, they performed the song in English, even for the Japanese version of the film.
