After a nuclear war has ravaged America, a powerful tyrant named Golhardt rises up to carve out vast regions of land for himself. Determined to re-write history, and with DC in ruins, Golhardt and his thugs have managed to steal valuable historical documents, including the Declaration of Independence, and hide them. Now, it's up to Ben David, a lonely Zen warrior, who must put his peaceful ways aside to battle Golhardt and return the Declaration of Independence so that post-apocalyptic New America can once against have a foundation of democracy to build on.
