Movie Trivia
  1. (CAMEO):', Rebecca' Gayheart who was the killer in the first "Urban Legend" appears at the very end as a nurse commenting to the "Final Cut" killer.

  2. Originally set to film on the campus of the University of Western Ontario, was turned down by the administration because of it's violent nature.

  3. (DIRCAMEO): John Ottman in the final scene as a mental patient.

Movie Mistakes
  1. Continuity: Amy is seen walking through a heavy snowstorm, but by the next morning, the several inches of snow have disappeared and the trees are green.

  2. Continuity: When Amy is going into the tower, her hair has a kink in the back but when they show her in the tower it is completely straight.

  3. Continuity: When Lisa sits up in the bathtub, looks over and sees her killer, there are things scattered on the floor of the hallway. When she slips and runs to shut the door the floor is clean.

  4. Revealing mistakes: Near the end, when the professor points a gun at Trevor's back, there is red tape where the gun should be pointed.

  5. Incorrectly regarded as goofs: When Sandra forgets her keys she tries to open the car door and does not set off the alarm. She kicks it and the car alarm goes off. That's the way that particular alarm works.
