Twenty years ago, the bitter Warden Edward Dwyer hid and watched as rioting inmates dragged his sadistic boss Warden Callahan to the electric chair - sentencing the evil employer to an eternity of suffering for his inhuman acts. Now the old prison is re-opening to implement a controversial reform system. Dr. Harold Langer favors midnight snacks and stereos for each prisoner. Warden Dwyer prefers strict traditional order and discipline. But the rivalry is over-shadowed when Warden Dwyer is haunted by wild images of horror. Are these frightening visions guilt-ridden hallucinations? or has the hellish soul of his cruel boss returned to seek revenge?
